By placing an order on the website or via any associated purchase option of Aroma Artisans you automatically agree to all terms and conditions mentioned on www.aromaartisans.com
Products once sold cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
Video Proof will be required for replacement, video of unboxing the sealed parcel will be considered, If video is taken after unboxing, it will be deemed as not valid proof.
We may cancel the order and initiate refund if we are unable to find a shipping partner for your location. Feel free to write to us to get more information regarding the same.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time with no explanation required.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Products once sold cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
In case of product damage, Video Proof will be required for replacement, video of unboxing the sealed parcel will be considered, If video is taken after unboxing will be deemed as not valid proof for refund if product is completely damaged
In case of bottle sprayer malfunction, the sprayer can be replaced free of cost, but the return to company shipping will be borne by the customer. For special cases, kindly email at aromaartisans@gmail.com
SHIPPING POLICY
Products are usually shipped out within two working days of receipt of the order and will generally reach the destination in seven to nine working days. Such long shipping duration are due to the shipping policy of our shipping partners for Liquids.
You will be intimated by sms or email by our shipping partners (if they have that service) at various stages of the shipping process.
Products will be shipped only within India, and shipping locations are subject to the limitations of our courier partners.
We try and ensure that the product reaches our customers in good & safe condition.
In case you receive a bottle that is broken, leaking or non-functioning we will provide a replacement free of cost on receipt of video* showing the damage.
*Video of Unboxing will be considered, Video after unboxing will not be considered.
Damage to the box or outer packaging would not be grounds for replacement.
